The Campers’ Day

For Full Day Campers there will still be 5 periods of enrichment courses throughout the day. Screen breaks will intentionally be built into the schedule. We will also have flexible scheduling options to enable you to structure your camper’s day in a way that works best for your family.

Here is a sample schedule for Full Day campers – all classes will be 45-50 minutes with a Screen Break in between

9:00 – Enrichment Period 1
10:00 – Enrichment Period 2
11:00 – Enrichment Period 3
12:00 – Virtual Lunch
12:30 – Virtual Recess
1:00 – Enrichment Period 4
2:00 – Enrichment Period 5
3:00 – Dismissal

Fees

All registrations are subject to a non-refundable $100 administrative fee.

A Full Day Camper makes 5 class selections. We also have flexible scheduling options to enable you to structure your camper’s day in a way that works best for your family.

Please note certain class options may require additional material fees. Supply lists for classes will be distributed or posted online in early June.

Session 1 – Monday, June 29 to Friday, July 24 (four weeks) 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Session 2 Monday, July 27 to Friday, August 14 (three weeks) 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Select 4 Classes – $1,300
Select 3 Classes – $1,050
Select 2 Classes – $750

Session 1 & 2 – Monday, June 29 to Friday, August 14 (four weeks) 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

The Payment Balance is due in full upon receipt. Full payment must be received prior to the start of camp.

Please note that certain courses may be subject to a materials fee. Where possible, we are working on making arrangements with vendors to ship items directly to you and included this in the material fee – there still may be additional supplies required. See details in the relevant course description on this website.

Supply lists for classes will be distributed or posted online in early June. Parents are responsible for ordering supplies in advance of the session. We encourage you to order sooner as delivery and shipping times now are unpredictable.

Supply Tip: Enroll early so you have time to order supplies and download and install any required software.

Sibling Discount – For Full Day Campers Only

$150 tuition discount for each additional child enrolled for a full day 7 week summer
$80 reduction for the full day 4 week session
$60 discount for the full day 3 week session.

Policies and Procedures

You must complete your camper’s health profile and required forms on our Online Portal, http://app.campdoc.com/register/challengecamp, prior to the start of camp.

Students must select their workshops based on their current grade level. Early registration is recommended to ensure student’s first choice of workshops. The Director reserves the right to cancel any workshop if the enrollment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, the child will be permitted to transfer to another course. All course descriptions and instructors are subject to change without notification.

All programs are closed on Friday, July 3rd.

Rules for Campers

  • Campers must complete the Online Code of Conduct form prior to the start of camp.
    1. Campers should realize that their conduct should reflect their home and school training.
    2. Campers must show proper respect towards teachers, coaches, counselors and other campers.
    3. Campers are expected to manifest the highest degree of sportsmanship at all athletic competitions.
    4. Bullying will not be tolerated and will result in suspension.
    5. Campers are to participate in class activities.
    6. Any inappropriate behavior on the part of the instructor or counselor should be reported immediately to the director.
    7. Students must remain in their designated classroom for the duration of the class period.
    8. Inappropriate language or loud boisterous conduct is not acceptable in the virtual camp setting.
    9. Wear appropriate attire for participating in camp activities.
