Challenge Camp is a unique program for bright, curious children. The Challenge Camp advantage is that you and your child customize a program of selections based on your child’s interests and the students follow their course selections for an entire session. As many of our courses are project based, you will see your child’s knowledge and interest grow throughout the session.
For Summer 2021, we are adopting a Cohort Model. Campers will select 5 classes to follow throughout the camp day, the two morning classes are 90 minutes (9:00 and 10:30) and the three afternoon classes are 60 minutes (1:00, 2:00, 3:00). Between the hours of 12 – 1pm, full day campers will have a hot lunch provided by Five Star Caterers and an outdoor recess period full of organized games and play. The students will follow their course selections for the entire 4 week or 3 week session.
The two main cohorts tracks are Arts & Enrichment and STEM & Computer Science. As part of the Afternoon class schedule, all cohorts will have Active class electives options as campers are encouraged to challenge theirs minds and bodies. Challenge Camp uses current grade as of September 2020 for class selections. The grade level bands within the cohorts are Explorers – Grades K & 1, Pioneers – Grades 2 & 3, Innovators – Grades 4 & 5, Trailblazers – Grades 6+. The program for students that will be entering Kindergarten in Fall 2021 is Discover, Imagine and Create.

Challenge Camp Online Portal
Register for Challenge Camp through our Online Portal! Challenge Camp has partnered with CampDoc.com as part of our continuous efforts to provide the best possible care to our campers and staff. CampDoc.com offers online registration and an electronic health record system for camps.
Once you sign up for a CampDoc.com account, you will be able to register your camper, select a session and your camper’s Cohort selection.
You will receive a confirmation email, and the camp office will process your registration and send you an invoice for your selection. You will then receive additional information about how to complete your camper’s health profile and any camp forms. All payments will be made directly to Challenge Camp.

If you need assistance with uploading any forms to CampDoc you can scan or take a picture and email them to info@challengecamps.com with your camper name in the Subject Line and we will upload them to your account.

Forms
In addition to the Registration Form, prior to camp, all campers must complete the Terms & Conditions, Camper Release, Health History & Recommendations, Rx form (if medication must be administered at camp). This can now all be done electronically through our online portal on CampDoc.
Transportation forms
Challenge Camp offers a transportation option to families in Westchester County, Manhattan and the Bronx through our provider, Mar-Can Transportation. All buses are air conditioned! Due to Health Department regulations, capacity will be limited this summer. Please plan accordingly
